Quantum Pacific nominees voted onto Intrepid Mines Board
Quantum Pacific thanks the majority of Intrepid Mines shareholders who voted today to add the Quantum-proposed nominees onto the Intrepid Board. Mr. Greg Mazur, Quantum Pacific's founder and Managing Partner, will join the Board alongside two additional Quantum nominees effective immediately.
This vote is the outcome of two years of significant effort by the Quantum Pacific team that has been solely focused on maximizing value for all Intrepid shareholders.
